Day 2:Breakfast at the hotel.
Today you will have a city tour Medieval Lviv. A wonderful walk along the old central part of the city is planned for you: Rynok Square, adjacent streets of the city centre and the old quarters – Old Ukrainian, Armenian, Jewish. You will see the unique Armenian temple, the “Four Seasons” house, the majestic Dominican Cathedral, the monument to the artist Nykyfor Drovniak, where everyone makes a wish, the monument to the printing pioneer and hear the story of the first book in Ukraine. Besides, you will visit the “House of Legends”, where you can climb up the stairs to the observation platform and enjoy the city view.
Also visit Lviv Candles Manufactory for a candle-making workshop. You can feel like an artist, creating your own unique candle and take it with you as a keepsake of this interesting moment.

You will go on a sightseeing transport tour of the city. You’ll make three stops to personally explore the High Castle – an observation platform where you’ll see a panorama of the city from the highest point of Lviv; St. George Cathedral – the main sanctuary of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church; you will also stop at the Lychakiv Cemetery, one of the most famous and oldest necropolises in Europe.
Lunch at a restaurant-museum Gasova Lampa (gas lamp).
There is a collection of gas lamps, albeit not yet the largest in Europe, but almost. It was Lviv that gave the world a gas lamp, which later became known as the “Viennese lamp”. It was invented by local pharmacists Jan Zeh and Ignacy Łukasiewicz in 1853. The atmosphere of Lviv pub is complemented by explosions, flashes, smell of kerosene and grunge and rock music. Follow a conductor with a lit lantern to get into the restaurant. You will also learn what the secret Galician alchemy is.
